§ 48-38. Generally.

  • (a)

    Except as provided in this article, no person shall obstruct the trail by placing or permitting on such trail any chattel, bench, bar, shelf, barrel, carriage, cart, wagon, goods, box, vehicle, merchandise, or other article or fixture whatsoever, whether for exhibition, sale, or other purpose.

    (b)

    The trail cannot be used to access private land for any purpose, i.e., fishing, swimming, hunting, without written permission from the affected landowner(s).
